Enterprise starts up Houston Ship Channel LPG export expansion
Enterprise Products Partners' latest expansion of LPG export capacity at its Enterprise Hydrocarbon Terminal "We are in the process of commissioning and will be ramping up," spokesman Rick Rainey said in an email Friday.
The 175,000 b/d expansion increases the terminal's export capacity to 775,000 b/d. In July, the company announced more expansions, including another 260,000 b/d of LPG loading capacity to start up in the third quarter of 2020. When finished, the terminal will have more than 1 million b/d of LPG export capacity.
"Of course, three-four cargoes more can have impact to the global market," a trade source said
