据世界石油网10月21日波哥大报道，哥伦比亚国家石油公司（哥国油/Ecopetrol）旗下的巴西子公司日前与荷兰皇家壳牌公司旗下的巴西子公司签署了一项协议，收购与后者在巴西桑托斯盆地近海获得的加托多马托发现相对应的两个区块30%的股份、权利和义务。
根据这项协议，壳牌公司的参股比例将从80%减少到50%，但壳牌公司仍将继续担任这个项目的作业者，而法国道达尔公司将保留剩余的20%股份。除了上述石油公司，巴西政府还通过盐下石油S.A公司 (PPSA)参与了产量分成合同。一旦这种参与被折扣，国际财团将按比例维持上述百分比。

Ecopetrol acquires Gato do Mato interest in Santos presalt
Ecopetrol’s Brazilian subsidiary signed an agreement with Shell Brasil Petróleo Ltda. to acquire 30% of the interests, rights and obligations in two areas that correspond to the Gato do Mato discovery, located offshore in the Santos presalt basin.
Shell will reduce its participation from 80% to 50% with this agreement and will continue as an operator, while France's Total will retain the remaining 20%. In addition to the oil companies, the Government of Brazil also participates in the Production Sharing Contract, through Pré-Sal Petróleo S.A. (PPSA). According to Ecopetrol estimates, the company could incorporate about 90 MMbbl of crude oil in contingent resources from 2020, which will be gradually added to its balance of reserves. Ecopetrol also estimates that its participation in production could reach about 20,000 boepd in 2025.
