据海上石油新闻2020年1月6日挪威奥斯陆报道，挪威著名石油公司阿克尔英国石油公司（阿克尔BP）日前从挪威石油安全管理局（PSA）获得批准，PSA准许其在去年在北海挪威一侧海域获得的利阿塔尔奈特（Liatarnet）发现上钻评价井。
奥德费尔钻井公司（Odfjell Drilling）的半潜式《Deepsea Nordkapp》号钻井船将在1月中旬在第442号生产许可证区块内开钻25/2-22S评价井，钻井位置水深112米(367英尺)。双方同意钻井作业延伸到侧钻25/2-22A井。
25/2-22S评价井预计需要36天才能完成钻井作业。
这份为期5年的合同将在今年夏天开始实施，内容包括钻井作业、修井作业、P&A活动以及对大埃科菲斯克地区3个海上平台上的钻探设施进行预防性维修和改进性维修。
