据石油世界期刊10月2日波哥大报道，美国独立的西方石油公司(Occidental Petroleum)同意将其在哥伦比亚的陆上石油资产以8.25亿美元的价格出售给凯雷（Carlyle）集团。
凯雷将预先向西方石油支付7亿美元，剩余部分将在特定的生产和价格目标实现后支付。
这些资产包括Llanos Norte、Middle Magdalena和Putumayo盆地的14个勘探和生产区块，日净产油量为3.3万桶。这包括位于哥伦比亚东部Cano Limon油田。
