恩尼斯-弗林特公司生产用于道路标记的涂料和热塑性塑料，以及其他交通技术。
PPG表示，这笔交易预计将在“未来几个月内”完成。

PPG is to acquire the maker of coatings for the pavement marking sector Ennis-Flint for $1.15bn, subject to regulatory approvals, the US paints and coatings major said Ennis-Flint produces paints and thermoplastics for road markings, as well as other traffic technologies.
The transaction is expected to close “within the next few months”, said PPG.
Ennis-Flint is privately owned and is headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina.
It employs around 1,000 workers globally; sales in 2020 are expected at $600m.
