据道琼斯12月11日消息，意大利石油巨头埃尼公司周四表示，公司已经与阿尔及利亚国家能源公司Sonatrach签署协议，将在阿尔及利亚开发石油和天然气。
埃尼这家总部位于意大利的能源公司表示，公司首席执行长Descalzi与阿国油首席执行长同意在阿尔及利亚东部的Berkine盆地南部开展油气勘探和开发活动，这些活动将通过现有的基础设施进行。

Eni Signs Agreement Eni SpA said Thursday that it has signed an agreement with Algerian state energy company Sonatrach to create an oil-and-gas development in the region.
The Italy-based energy company said Chief Executive Claudio Descalzi agreed with Sonatrach's chief executive to implement exploration and development activities in the southern part of the Berkine Basin, in eastern Algeria. These activities would be carried out through existing infrastructure, it said.
The agreement comes within the framework of a memorandum of understanding the companies signed in July to collaborate in the upstream sector--the part of the oil-and-gas industry which revolves around exploration and production.
