据1月7日offshore energy消息：马来西亚国家石油公司通过其子公司Petronas Carigali (PCSB)，接管了位于沙捞越滨图鲁海上130公里处的E11天然气枢纽的运营权。该收购已于2021年1月1日生效。
根据MLNG生产分成合同，E11枢纽自1982年开始生产，沙捞越壳牌有限公司(SSB)运营了38年。
国油马来西亚资产副总裁Bacho Pilong指出，自2019年7月以来，SSB和马来西亚国家石油公司已经实施了所有必要的活动，以确保E11枢纽的顺利交接。
他补充说:“今天对PCSB来说是一个重要的里程碑，作为E11枢纽的运营商，这对于确保向市场提供可靠，稳定和清洁的能源供应至关重要，同时继续将砂拉越发展成为区域性天然气枢纽。”
MLNG是马国油位于沙捞越宾图鲁液化天然气综合设施的一部分，该设施是世界上最大的液化天然气设施之一。

Petronas takes over E11 gas hub operatorship
Petronas through its unit, Petronas Carigali (PCSB), has taken over the operatorship of the E11 gas hub, located 130 kilometers offshore Bintulu, Sarawak.
Petronas said The E11 hub which has been producing since 1982 under the MLNG production sharing contract had been operated by Sarawak Shell Berhad (SSB) for the past 38 years.
Petronas vice president of Malaysia assets, Bacho Pilong noted that SSB and Petronas had implemented all the necessary activities since July 2019 to ensure a smooth handover of the E11 hub.
“Today marks a significant milestone for PCSB as the operator of the E11 hub which is pivotal in ensuring reliable, stable and cleaner energy supply to the market, while continuing to develop Sarawak as a regional gas hub”, he added.
MLNG is part of the Petronas LNG complex in Bintulu, Sarawak, With four plants (MLNG, MLNG Dua, MLNG Tiga and Train 9), this integrated LNG production complex produces over 29 million tonnes of LNG per annum.
