据烃加工网站3月8日消息 麦克德莫特国际公司宣布，已投资于鲁玛斯科技控股公司。根据Chatterjee集团旗舰公司Haldia石化公司与Rh?ne资本公司于2020年1月21日签订的出售鲁玛斯科技的股份和资产购买协议，麦克德莫特有权购买少数普通股购买鲁玛斯实体的所有权权益。麦克德莫特最近行使了自己的选择权。
