据ICIS网站3月10日消息 Advanced石化公司周三表示，该公司已获准在沙特阿拉伯朱拜勒工业城兴建一座新的石油化工厂。
该公司在向沙特交易所提交的一份文件中称，新的综合设施预计将生产115万吨/年乙烯、85万吨/年丙烯、40万吨/年芳烃和燃料及其衍生物。
新的综合设施预计将在2025年第四季度投入使用。
该公司的子公司Advanced全球投资公司（AGIC）获得了能源部的批准，可以分配该项目所需的原料。
该公司此前宣布，计划今年开始在朱拜勒新建丙烷脱氢（PDH）装置和聚丙烯（PP）工厂，计划2024年下半年投入商业运营。

Saudi Arabia’s Advanced receives approval for new complex
Advanced Petrochemical Co has received approval for a new petrochemical complex at Jubail Industrial City in Saudi Arabia, the producer said The new complex is expected to produce 1.15m tonnes/year of ethylene, 850,000 tonnes/year of propylene and 400,000 tonnes/year of aromatics and fuels, and their derivatives, the company said in a filing to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.
The new complex is expected to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2025.
The company’s subsidiary Advanced Global Investment Company (AGIC) received approval from the Ministry of Energy to allocate the feedstock needed for the project.
The company previously announced that it plans to start building a new propane dehydrogenation (PDH) unit and a polypropylene (PP) plant in Al Jubail this year, with commercial operations scheduled in the second half of 2024.
The planned PDH plant will be able to produce 843,000 tonnes/year of propylene, while the PP plant will have an 800,000 tonne/year capacity.
Commercial operations are expected in the second half of 2024.
