“我们打算进一步提高伴生天然气的利用率，在所有经济领域实施大规模的环境升级和能源效率提高，并支持捕集、存储和利用各种来源的二氧化碳。”
“我们还在建设氢气作为原材料和能源的基础设施。”形成碳定价体系和碳单位交易的试点项目已经在萨哈林地区启动，该项目的实施将使俄罗斯地区最早在2025年实现碳中和。
