据世界能源7月6日消息称，科威特石油国际公司(KPI)和越南石油公司签署了一项合作协议，旨在重新调整其炼油和石化战略。
KPI首席执行官Bakheet Al-Rashidi表示，该协议将加强KPI的制造和精炼战略，为科威特原油提供一个安全的场所。
KPI副总裁Ghanim Al-Otaibi表示，该协议将为两家公司带来“附加值”。他补充说，两家公司将在未来就提高合作水平进行谈判。该协议是在谢赫·贾比尔·穆巴拉克·哈马德·萨巴赫总理殿下访问越南期间签署的。
越南石油公司为越南中央政府所有。它负责该国所有的石油和天然气资源，并已成为该国最大的石油生产国和第二大电力生产国。

PetroVietnam & Kuwait Petroleum International Sign Agreement
Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI) and PetroVietnam signed a cooperation agreement that aims at re-focusing their refining and petrochemicals strategies.
KPI's Chief Executive Officer Bakheet Al-Rashidi said, that the agreement will enhance KPI's manufacturing and refining strategies in order to provide a safe venue for Kuwaiti crude.
On his part, KPI's Vice President Ghanim Al-Otaibi said that this agreement will be an "added value"to both companies.The two companies will conduct future talks align="justify"> PetroVietnam is owned by Vietnamese central government.
