敦刻尔克液化天然气出售2022年再气化产能

　　 据世界天然气网站7月12日消息 法国敦刻尔克液化天然气进口终端的所有者和运营商敦刻尔克液化天然气公司将出售2022年终端120亿立方米/年再气化产能。

　　2022年产能过程的资格认证阶段从7月12日开始，将于2021年7月30日结束。

　　总部位于比利时的Fluxys因其地理位置和技术特点，将敦刻尔克液化天然气视为欧洲最具吸引力的终端之一。

　　该液化天然气终端于2017年投产，年再气化能力为130亿立方米天然气。

　　敦刻尔克液化天然气是一家由Fluxys、AXA Investment Managers（代表其客户）和Crédit Agricole Assurances组成的财团持有61%股权的公司，由IPM Group牵头的韩国投资者财团与三星资产管理公司合作持有39%股权。
