中国石化新闻网讯 据世界石油网12月2日报道，12月2日，海王星能源公司及其许可合作伙伴在挪威海的Calypso勘探井（PL938）宣布了一项新发现。初步估计为100万～350万标准立方米的可采石油当量，相当于600万～2200万桶石油当量。
Calypso是海王星能源六个月来在挪威大陆架上的第三次发现。
海王星能源公司董事总经理Odin Estensen表示，“我们积极探索靠近现有基础设施的地区。这些近场发现有助于低成本和低碳开发。对Calypso的初步分析表明了商业潜力。现在，我们将与Calypso许可证的合作伙伴一起研究如何利用附近的基础设施有效开发该发现。”
Calypso发现位于海王星的核心区域之一，距离Draugen油田西北14公里(9英里)，Njord A平台东北22公里(13英里)。
6407/8-8S井钻至垂直深度3496米，在131米厚的Garn组砂岩储层中遇到了估计8米厚的气柱和30米厚的油柱，质量非常好。
该发现合作伙伴股权占比为海王星能源(运营商，30%)，OKEA ASA (30%)， Pandion Energy AS(20%)和Vår Energi ASA (20%)。

The Calypso discovery is located within>Well 6407/8-8S was drilled to a vertical depth of 3,496 m and encountered an estimated 8 m thick gas column and 30-m thick oil column in a 131 m thick Garn Formation sandstone reservoir, of good to very good quality.
