中国石化新闻网讯 据油价网1月5日消息称，据美国炼油商Phillips 66称，今年夏天汽油和柴油供应将会紧张。
在高盛迈阿密全球能源和清洁技术会议上，Pioneer Natural Resources首席执行官预测沙特不会让布伦特原油价格维持在每桶75美元左右，Phillips 66副总裁警告称，全球炼油处理能力已经减少了470万桶/天。
“去年夏天，我们看到需求回到了接近2019年的水平，坦率地说，我们看到了利润率，我认为我们不会看到，历史上也没有看到过。随着夏季驾驶季节的临近，我们预计今年夏天汽油和柴油将再次紧张。”Phillips 66副总裁Jeff Dietert周四表示。

Leading U.S. Refiner: Expect Tight Gasoline And Diesel Supply This Summer
Gasoline and diesel supplies will be tight this summer, according to U.S. oil refiner Phillips 66.
At the same Goldman Sachs Global Energy and Clean Technology Conference in Miami where Pioneer Natural Resources CEO predicted that the Saudis wouldn’t let the Brent barrel stay around $75, Phillips 66 vice president warned that the world has already seen a loss of 4.7 million bpd in refining processing capacity.
“Last summer, we saw demand back close to 2019 levels and saw margins, frankly, I didn’t think we’d see and hadn’t seen historically. As we approach the summer driving season, we expect gasoline and diesel to be tight again this summer,” Phillips 66 VP Jeff Dietert said>Gasoline stocks in the United States are 10 million barrels fewer than they were this time a year ago—a 4.3% decline. Distillates stocks slipped 8 million barrels over the last year, for an even bigger loss of 6.3%. The four-week average total refining capacity in the United States has fallen since this time last year, from 18.13 million bpd to 18.02 million bpd.
Meanwhile, the four-week average refining utilization has fallen from 89.7% this time last year to 88.7% in the last four weeks, according to the latest Energy Information Administration data.
While overall refining capacity in the United States has declined in recent years, 2023 capacity is set to stay relatively even, with the Lyondell basell refinery in Houston—with a capacity of .26 million bpd—set to close yet this year, offset by Exxon’s .25 million bpd planned expansion of its Beaumont refinery
