中国石化新闻网讯 据油价网3月1日消息称，路透社援引知情人士的话报道称，挪威石油和天然气巨头Equinor即将达成一项协议，以约10亿美元收购加拿大Suncor Energy在英国北海的资产。
Suncor能源公司拥有设得兰群岛附近由Equinor公司运营的Rosebank油田40%的股份。预计Equinor及其合作伙伴今年将对该油田的开发做出最终投资决定，目前英国北海运营商的税率有所提高，环保人士强烈反对Rosebank和北海其他主要油气田(如Cambo)的开发。
加拿大第三大能源公司Suncor也持有英国北海Buzzard油田29.9%的股份。Buzzard是Forties的最大供应油田，Forties是布伦特原油基准中的原油等级之一。
路透社消息人士称，Equinor可能会因收购Suncor的资产而产生税收损失，这些资产可用于抵消未来在英国北海的投资。
Suncor已经出售了挪威近海的上游资产。去年8月，Sval Energi收购了Suncor Energy在Fenja油田17.5%的所有权，Oda油田30%的所有权，以及挪威大陆架的8个额外许可证。
