据安迅思新加坡12月16日消息，沙特阿拉伯撒哈拉国际石化公司(Sipchem)表示，公司和全球工业气体巨头林德公司已经签署了一项独家协议，将成立一家合资企业，开发沙特阿拉伯的工业天然气项目和网络。
Sipchem在12月15日提交给沙特证券交易所Tadawul的一份文件中称，双方出资比例均为50%的这家合资企业旨在通过管道连接两家公司拥有和运营的现有氢气和合成气工厂，在朱拜勒工业城建立一个工业气体网络。
Sipchem 表示：“合资企业的重点将是开发新的生产设施，以供应一氧化碳、氢气、合成氨和伴生气体，以及为沙特工业集群的下游生产提供有效的脱碳解决方案。”
Sipchem补充称，未来5年，预计该合资企业将支持约5亿美元的重大投资机会，但视其经济可行性而定。
这两个公司之间的合同有20年的期限。

Sahara International Petrochemical Co (Sipchem) and industrial gas firm Linde have signed an exclusive agreement to set up a joint venture for developing industrial gas projects and networks in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi producer said.
