据世界天然气网12月7日消息 日本国际石油开发株式会社(Inpex)与印尼Perusahaan Gas Negara(PGN)就阿巴迪液化天然气项目的国内液化天然气供应事宜签署了谅解备忘录。
Inpex代表其合资伙伴壳牌上游海外公司(Shell Upstream Overseas)签署了这项协议。
Inpex在其声明中指出,现在将开始讨论从该项目向PGN出售液化天然气。
PGN是最大的国有天然气公司,拥有并管理着大部分国内天然气基础设施,并负责在印度尼西亚实施气化项目。
该项目的液化天然气供应符合印尼政府对优化国内自然资源利用的关注,同时还将为印度尼西亚的天然气需求持续增长作出重大贡献,包括使该国受益的倍增效应,尤其是在东部地区。
该项目是Inpex在印度尼西亚运营的首个大型综合液化天然气开发项目,继Inpex运营的澳大利亚Ichthys液化天然气项目之后。
阿巴迪气田具有良好的储层生产力和丰富的资源量,提高了长期高效开发和稳定液化天然气生产运营的预期。
该项目将开发一座950万吨/年的陆上液化天然气工厂,预计成本为200亿美元。
壳牌拥有该项目35%的股份,然而,据报道,今年早些时候,壳牌正在寻找一位买家购买该项目的股份。

Inpex pens domestic LNG deal from Abadi project
Japan’s Inpex has signed a memorandum of understanding with Indonesia’s Perusahaan Gas Negara for domestic LNG supply from the Abadi LNG project.
Inpex signed the deal In its statement, Inpex noted that discussions will now commence regarding sales and purchase of the LNG supply from the project to PGN.
PGN is the largest national gas company that owns and manages the majority of domestic gas infrastructure and is responsible to carry out a gasification program in Indonesia.
The LNG supply from the project is consistent with the Indonesian government’s focus The project is the first large-scale integrated LNG development project operated by Inpex in Indonesia and follows The Abadi gas field features excellent reservoir productivity and contains significant resource volumes, raising expectations of efficient development and stable LNG production operations over the long-term.
The project would see the development of a 9.5 mtpa Shell owns a 35 per cent stake in the project, however, earlier this year Shell was reportedly looking to find a buyer for its stake.
