据管道油气杂志4月19日消息，Equinor在2021年年度股东大会之前宣布，从2022年开始，它将在其年度股东大会上向股东提交其能源转型计划，以进行咨询投票。
Equinor表示，它将每三年更新一次计划，以进行咨询投票。该计划的进展情况将每年报告一次。

Equinor to submit its energy transition plan
Equinor announces, ahead of the 2021 Annual General Meeting, that starting in 2022 it will submit its energy transition plan for advisory vote to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting.
Equinor stated that it will update the plan every three years for an advisory vote. Progress “Sustainability has been integrated into Equinor’s strategy and business model for decades, but with the energy transition plan we will invite shareholders to get an even more holistic overview “Equinor aims to be a leading company in the energy transition. Last year the company announced a comprehensive set of climate ambitions which was further strengthened with the aim of reaching net zero by 2050. Equinor will announce short- and medium-term plans in support of the net-zero ambition at its Capital Markets Day “Accelerated growth in renewables, new low carbon solutions and an optimised oil and gas portfolio with low emissions are key pillars in our energy transition strategy and our commitment to bold climate ambitions. But to be successful, the energy transition must go hand-in-hand with practices that protect the environment and enhance biodiversity,” says Opedal.
