中国石化新闻网讯 据油气新闻网12月20日报道，卡塔尔能源与道达尔能源和马来西亚国家石油公司（Petronas）组成的一个财团，在巴西国家石油、天然气和生物燃料局(ANP)的第一轮永久招标中，获得了Agua-Marinha产量分成合同(PSC)。
根据PSC和相关协议的条款，卡塔尔能源将持有20%的开采权益，其合作伙伴运营商马国油(30%)、道达尔(30%)和Petronas Petroleo Brasil Ltda(20%)。

QatarEnergy wins work interest in Brazil offshore block
QatarEnergy, in a consortium with TotalEnergies and Petronas, has been awarded the Agua-Marinha Production Sharing Contract (PSC), under the 1st Cycle Permanent Offer round, by Brazil’s National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Biofuels (ANP).
Under the terms of the PSC and associated agreements, QatarEnergy will hold a 20% working interest, alongside the operator Petrobras (30%), TotalEnergies (30%) and Petronas Petroleo Brasil Ltda. (20%).
The Agua-Marinha block has a total area of 1,300 sq km and is located in water depths of about 2,000 meters off the coast of Rio de Janeiro in the prolific Campos Basin.
Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi, the Minister of State for Energy Affairs, the President and CEO of QatarEnergy said: “We are pleased to achieve this latest successful joint-bid, which adds further highly prospective acreage to our upstream portfolio in Brazil, and particularly in the prolific Campos Basin.”
